Warehouse'd

Last week we I read an article that I can say we related to on the Hundreds Blog called Screen Resolution.  It talked about the timeline from the brand's beginning ideas to trying to start the line by throwing whatever amount of money they could to buy blank tees to get screen printed on & all the trials and mishaps.  Well we went through a lot of these same issues when we started the brand, from orders coming out wrong, extended amounts of turn around time, retarded prices, & shitty jobs.  We even paid rent at a place to learn how to print ourselves & eventually got kicked out of there.  We eventually got enough money to start building our own empire of printing.  I'm sure a lot of people didn't know that we hand print all of our graphic tees to give it a little more authenticity.  The quality of our printing has skyrocketed after the past few months through dedicating long hours to perfecting separating, burning, printing & everything in between.

It's definitely a great feeling to own, & operate our own facility so we can have the upper hand on production & quality control. But it has become the chill spot for the crew, i wish I had a picture of Angel from yesterday when they played football and he slipped in the mud.

We have already seen hints of outgrowing the new facility which isn't even finished yet so who knows what kind of warehouse set up we will have by the end of 2012.
