SHIPPING AND POLICIES
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Please allow 7-12 business days for Domestic Orders to process & ship.

Please allow 10-21 business days for International Orders to process & ship.

If it takes longer due to over selling of stock and will require a restock, you will be notified.

What is your Terms & Conditions?
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Terms & Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
No Returns All Sales Final. We will do an exchange on defective product that has not been washed & or worn.  (We do our best to overlook all product before it ships out, but no one is perfect.)

Where can I find some of the articles from past seasons or items that aren’t in your store?
We don’t reprint clothes once we sell out of the season, we do restock during the season.  Treat your purchases as rare gems, they will never be over produced.

How can I be informed of new clothing before it drops so I can get it before it sells out?!

How can I get sponsored?
At this point in time as a growing brand, we are not seeking out persons to sponsor, but every once in awhile we come across some talent that we just can let pass us by.  First step is to build a relationship with us & let everything else fall into place.


How can I become a dealer inside the United States?

How can I become apart DYNT?


Generally, we are not hiring at the moment.  But we are accepting resumes & portfolios to put on file. As a growing brand, positions will open as we grow.  If you are interested in interning with us, you may contact us as well.  Feel free to email what you can bring to the table to Mateo@DoYouNotThem.com.


Is the Shop (DYNT Gallery) In Ontario still open?
No, we have closed the doors to the DYNT Gallery to relocate to a exclusive location in the future.  We have been opening retailer accounts nationally & internationally.

its been more than a week since ive placed an order but nobody has replied me yet not even a confirmation email
ive been trying to contacting you guys mail after mail
i filed a claim with paypal
so either you send me my stuff or refund me
step up with the customer service please this is BS

I also placed an order September 8th 2014, I have not heard any relpy. Why advertise your product of you are out of stock or simply do not want to send what we purchased. You are ruining your representation as a brand. you can email me at mdennis00@gmail.com

i ordered a jacket in Seotember and it has now been 4 moths with barely any news, i am going to report them to authorities... Do not buy anythig from them, they are commiting online fraud!
