All Star Artwalk Recap

Last Saturday we held another Art Walk Event at the shop, unfortunately we got the storm clouds company as well. Thats 2 for 2 in the rain so I guess our 3rd event will be the charm! Overall the event was still pretty cool. We thank everyone who stuck it out in the rain & avoided the LA out of town groupie scene from the All Star Weekend to chill with us. We had free drinks, 2K11, a new limited tee, & a free printed photobooth. Enjoy the pics below, more at our FLICKR.

Interns Wanted!

DYNT & HWPO are looking for a few dedicated Interns! We need some hard working applicants who are ready for a experience they definitely will not forget. Applicants must be an immediate reflection of our lifestyles; "Do You, Not Them" & "Hard Work Pays Off". We want serious applicants who seek an opportunity to work hard and possibly grow with our family.

Our Interns must be driven, confident, and ready for any task handed to them. They must be enthusiastic about learning and gaining experience from every opportunity that presents itself. We ask for an availability of at least 3 days out of the week & resides in or near the area. These positions are not paid but you will gain experience and vast knowledge of the business, fashion, photography/film, marketing, etc. to help you progress in your field of interest. Depending on your evaluation, after the three month internship, there are plenty opportunities for growth within the company. Below, you will find brief descriptions of the three positions that we are looking to fill at this moment:

PHOTOGRAPHY INTERN - Take candid photos of all our events, artists and lifestyle for marketing and promotional purposes. Motivation | DYNT at La Sierra High School

Here is the video of us speaking at La Sierra High School. We taught a couple motivational workshops at their district conference. When I got the personal invite from the heads to come out and speak, I couldn’t help but say to myself how blessed we really are. It's amazing to be able to do what I want for a living, and on top of that slowly getting recognized for the hard work and effort put in. I couldn’t ask for anything better in my life at the moment. I know we haven’t achieved the level we want to be at in my life yet, but this was a good start.

MAGIC/S.L.A.T.E. Photo Recap!

This year we attended our first MAGIC/S.L.A.T.E. Trade Show as a brand. I can definitely say that this was quite an experience. We met with a lot of amazing & driven people, and came home with tons of new homies. The business aspect of MAGIC was great as we networked and set up some good deals, future projects, etc. The nightlife was just a eventful, Check out all the pics below. “The World Is Not Enough” is a bold conceptual endeavor that follows Stevie Crooks’ rise from Crooklyn into The world of 007. Showcasing his multiple styles over exceptional James Bond themed production, The W.I.N.E. is epic, classy , adventurous, innovative & creative.

With much anticipation, Stevie Crooks’ follow-up project foregoing his 2010 release, Diamonds&Guns, is finally here. February 18, 2011 marks a day of constant evolution for the young artist. The WINE (The World Is Not Enough) is a continuation off of the James Bond film, Diamonds&Guns. Stevie Crooks places another mask within his hand inspired by Sean Connery and is soon to provide the world with an evolving sound.
